Since many spas, spa parts, hot tub parts, and spa covers must be custom ordered, and cannot currently be processed by our website.  We will be very happy to help you get the correct parts you need.

All spas must be picked up at our store in Columbus, Ohio.  We will not ship spas.  All orders except spas and spa covers are shipped via UPS Ground. Spa covers must be shipped via Freight Carrier and freight charges will apply.
